Idk I guess I’m young and fairly healthy. I’ve never been caught and forced to go to rehab, never had any kind of mental breakdown, don’t suffer from chronic pain or any other physical condition and I’ve never stepped foot in a psychiatrist’s office (tbh I don’t really trust them much).
Never been doctor shopping either, actually I rarely go to the doctor unless it’s something serious. I tend to self medicate but I also have a couple of Drs in my family who could advise me.

I did try to get a prescription for buprenorphine recently, but it was a pretty long process so I said fuck it and just bought them on the black market instead

Gabapentin 800 mg 2x/day
Topamax 100 mg once daily (just got 25 mg tablets as my doctor knows I’m tapering off, taper is mostly done now tho)
Maxalt PRN
Zofran PRN

I stopped the Lyrica, switched to using only gabapentin which was my rescue med before not daily.

I also took kratom daily, 2 mg in the mornings and then usually a redose in the afternoon. I skipped my afternoon dose today; definitely feeling the lack.

Tryna get pregnant and Lyrica (pregabalin) gabapentin Topamax and kratom are the most important ones to stop right away. Try beta blocker, gonna ask my cardiologist on Monday what to do about. Linzess I’m not concerned about.

It’s gonna be rough but ultimately worth it

gene test says i should take methylfolate. did for a year but stopped because it had no effect.

i throw the sertraline away in the pharmacy parking lot. can’t take the temazepam because i’m in sober living. i dont take the lyrica every day and go through a little less than half the bottle a month.

all i want is diazepam 10mg prn. that was my script before sober living and what i will switch back to once i’m out.
