What are you munching on? v. the cheese n' fish cake crew

Tattie and pish soup again. More white bread. Pish risotto tonight, yum yum! Must have been a special on leeks.
 
I've cut out white bread, as there's 100 calories per slice! Oooft. Browns much tastier, and healthier.

I'm managing to eat about 600 calories a day (won't let me go over 1000) in some way or form. Today I ate a Veggie Samosa, and some lettuce in a wrap.

I'd fucking love some pizza, but NOPE. Carb craving! It gets you in the end!!!

The lowest amount of calories recommended for health is 1200. I think anything less than that your body thinks it is starving, be careful on that path.

i think- but can't find the info anywhere now, that the WHO definition of a starvation diet is 900 calories per day. some dangers of going below this were mentioned in my previous post. but you're absolutely right its extremely unhealthy for both body and mind.
 
had to eat my sandwich with a knife and fork earlier, it got absolutely torn to shreds by the toaster when pulling it out :(

still tasted great, I make such a mean butty %)
 
haha, there was too much ham, cheese and tomato in it, the grate thingy in the toaster messed it all up

Some brownie pie thing with salted pecans and custard. Holy fucking yum it's good.
 
I just had a pork tongue sandwich. Eewww, that sounds even worse than I thought it would. But tasted OK really. :D
 
Mince pie from nice butchers / bakers place and some fruit salad. Beef & black bean sauce for dinner later.
 
being busy in the kitchen since i came home from work today.
did a chicken rogan josh,used a paste and spices to make it.
also did a bombay potatoe as a side dish and made chicken legs coverd in
honey-mustard-soy sauce and chilli flakes as a starter.going to have rice and nan bread
when we eat it this evening.

i have a beef and ale pie cooking up for tomorrows dinner.the beef will taste much better
cooked up this eve and the pie made tomorrow.
used a btl of Fullers ESB ale.should be good.dont know to do mash or chips with it yet.
 
good idea that,and a few btls of ale to wash it down.
from my above post you can see i have no plan to do drugs this wend.
 
Why have chips AND mash, one or the other!

Tonights tea sounds awesome bogman, love a good curry munch!
