What are you munching on? v. the cheese n' fish cake crew

Me too but not tonight. Will taste all the better tomorrow though. Longer you let them sit and soak in their own mingled juices the better really :)

Decided to attack the slight munchies that club sandwich induced with a slice of toast and Ardennes Pate. Quite fond of pate just as long as I don't break the spell and think about what's gone into it.

This is not as piggish as it sounds cos I got up early evening so is technically lunchtime for me ;)
 
Munching on the afore-mentioned lemon drizzle cake :D had it for brekkie too, yum!
 
Hmm. There wasn't much left when I had a look this morning... the recipe said bake two as one will be eaten in one go! But can always make the Mr bake another... :D

Just about to put a pepperoni, spicy beef, mushroom and red onion pizza in the oven.

One off the frsh pizza counter at Asda, fucking bargain for £2.48.

Will wash it down with Scrumpy Jack whilst watching American Idol.
 
Yea, Mrs RZA's out with the girls from work Sadie. I finally got Mini Me in bed about an hour ago so I'm just enjoying a quiet Friday night my jack jones.

It suits me down to the ground tonight too, it's been a long week!!
 
I had a jumbo battered sausage supper, 2 pickled onions, a buttered roll and some fritters followed by some sort of creamed cake for breakfast / dinner.

Aw, fucking lush dude. House to yourself. A nice pizza in the oven and perhaps a drink or two. I say house to yourself but that's about as to yourself as it gets when you have kids. I look forward to 9 o'clock here!! =D Adult time baby. Even if it's just watching a movie it's all adult and no KINDER!
 
Bloody hell, RZA - your fresh pizza with loadsa toppings is cheaper than a plain frozen cheese and tomato one at my local Co-Op. I really do need to move to civilisation again sometime soon...

Munched a Chicken Tikka Pot Noodle GTI thingy which wasn't too bad for a quid. Very bizarre eating a Pot Noodle with thick, gloopy sauce and actual chunks of meat in it though. Think I prefer the standard ones, to be honest. Novelty value + special offer though so worth a go.

Also, fuck me that's a hell of a meal, Spadey. I can never usually get through much chippy food which is quite annoying. Smells so damn tasty but is ridiculously filling. Can't even get through a whole portion of fish and chips often and I can usually munch for England. Tis the chips that do me in.

I'm with you on that one, gotta love it when you finally get them down for the night =D

Had a great few hours with her after picking her up from nursery (she's 3 and a half now so she's top company and can have a great laugh with her!) but fuck, it's nice to get her to bed and then pop a cold tinny of cider open on the couch, remote control in hand......BLISS!!!

Aye, £2.48 for that pizza. Just finished it now and it was fucking lush too. Get yourself to Asda our kid, their fresh pizzas made to order are definitely worth a trip to whatever town is closest to whereever in the sticks tou are!!

There surely are shops nearer but travelling within Wales is often harder than just nipping over the border. It's all tiny stations and endless changes here. Plus I only really know the two nearest mid-size towns and there ain't a lot in either of 'em. One's by the seaside and got loadsa studenty places for boozing and a Lidl and a few other shops for shopping but I don't bother that often since they changed all the train times. Trains stop at 10PM now which is a pisser if you want to go out of an eve 8)

Your description of a quiet night in sounds like my kinda bliss. I'm a girly though and when on my own I throw candles in the mix.

Oh and I often get Asda pizzas, they're pretty okay. I remember back in the day home bake pizza's were shite. Not so much these days. I like to add extra jalapeños and hotsauce to mine.

Maybe the portions here are smaller because it was pretty easy, always manage to finish it but feel stuffed afterwards. It was the first and only thing I've eaten today though.
