loads of chicken mayo with salad and tuna, mate from work has a misses who runs a food van, the food that doesnt sell he sometimes brings in, end up eating loads of sandwich n roll filling, must have cained through the equivalent of 4 tins of tuna and alot of chicken today. good old protein

Some beef skewer kebabs coated in spicy stuff and chilli sauce. Damn tasty! I'll go get some more soon.
 
I've had 4 beef skewers and a corn on the cob, all for under a quid. Bargain and damn tasty too!
 
Just gone nuts in tescos and raided the fish isle, bought 30 odd+ quids worth of various tinned fish

Gingerbread latte's are fucking beautiful. I worked at Costa, we had hazelnut, caramel, mint, the lot. Hazelnut cappuccino is the drink of the Gods.

Go Dan on the fish, any specal ofers on? any special fish/shellfish in the tinned aisle this week?
 
Not sure what to have for breakfast, maybe a fry up or maybe head to Maccy Dees.

Gonah settle for some pasta, pesto and peas for lunch/breakfast/brunch/... today. :) Fuck loads of pesto does the job.

Nah no offers that i can remember, got me some oysters, kippers, macrel, sardines, pilchards, crab meat, and some other stuff, facking lovely

Had some fried chicken wings and sweet chilli sauce, french fries and some hotdogs, washed down with several singapore slings.

Hungry again now though, sitting in a net cafe and the bloke working there has just got some food, it smells amazing and like shepherds pie but clearly isn't as this is Thailand and such things don't exist here. I need to find out what he's got and buy some.

Getting hungry as fuck now, 7/11 for a couple cheese and ham toasties is tempting. Great late night snack and they do them in a proper toastie machine too, so it's all sealed in and melted. YUM!
 
what the going rate for a chinese around your area. I got a meal for 1 for £7 that consisted of:

soup or spring rolls

any chicken or beef dish, with either chips/boiled rice/fried rice

pineapple or banana fritters

I had chicken and sweetcorn soup, kung po chicken, fried rice and banana fritters - cracking for £7
 
Sounds like a good deal, here in Thailand a 3 course meal in a normal restaurant that isn't too fancy for spring roll, chicken or beef curry and rice then a dessert like that would be around a fiver max, half that in some places. So 7 quid is cheap for back home. I wouldn't mind some good Chinese food haven't had any out here. Mongolian Beef, mmmmm!
