What are you munching on? v. Noodle nights n greedy monkeys

i just had a nice buttered crusty granary roll, and filled it with roast beef and salad.

now munching a crispy autumn type apple. dont ask me which one, havent a clue, lol
 
I love red delicious washington apples. They're so sweet and crunchy. I've only just gotten into my Granny Smith. Really tart. Opposite ends of the taste spectrum when it comes to apples but so lovely.

I had a nice crunchy Cauliflower and cheese veggie patty on half a slice of bread with some Jalapeños and hotsauce on it. Scrummy.
 
sadie, im starting my very strict healthy diet regime on monday, in prep for back to gym, hopefully in couple of weeks time once i allow myself top recover from recent, frequent MD hammering.

this totally goes agaisnt my beliefs, but i am having a chinese take away tonight.

tbh, i always choose indian. chinese to me, everythings fried, salty and sugary, and u can guarantee ill be up half the night feeling bloated, but it is tasty to a degree.

so sod it, thats what ive got tonight, just a one off and then probally not for another year. i only have when others are involved for a peaceful life and thats what they want *sighs* :)
 
That's too much healthy man! I enjoy my food too much. I allow myself treats from time to time but for the most part eat healthy. My downfall is drink. I do love a tasty drink. Shittiest drug in the world but tasty. I could't go a year inbetween take away's.

Agreed, Curry is way better than Chinese!

Meh, Tonight the fam want's pizza. They want it often on a friday night. I've got some veg in there. I might just whip up a quick soup. Mmmmm. Veggie soup.
 
@ MOP u can do it with willpower you no, you dont need all that diet fad stuff. just a bit of common sense and some exercise and your halfway there mate, seriously.

when i say diet for me i more mean, not cause i need to lose weight, just to put some good back in my body, and then make sure i have everthing i need in my day for gym

oh i do eat take aways now and then, maybe once a month, but, i always go for indian, i just prefer it. i was more meaning i never eat chinese
 
ha ha yeah, I see what you mean now.

I'm the same. Chinese is okay and I mainly tolerate it as the other half loves them and our local is pretty cheap and tasty.

I'd still prefer a nice spicy curry with loads of veg and lamb but that's just me.
 
I´m craving one of these chorizo and veggie rolls packed with hot sauce they sell here at the food markets. Gonna need to sort it out ASAP!
 
just had my chinese (anything for a peaceful life)

was quite nice but i no im going to suffer later

i had chicken chow mein, special fried rice, beef with green peppers in black bean sauce, chicken with ginger and spring onion, deep fried king prawns in batter with a little sweet and sour sauce, and prawn crackers
 
About to have a pot noodle. Curry flavour. Then some cider. Living it up this Friday! Mr Ef's going for a kebab flavour pot noodle so he loses though. Our houseguest tomorrow had better cook me some proper food, hehe
 
Fully loaded Jacket potatoes for dinner tonight. With sides of Corn on the cob, one slice of roasted chicken, Slaw and some cottage cheese. I'm stuffed.
 
i had some roasted vegtable and tomato pasta sauce, i threw a tin of tuna in it, and a splash of olive oil and mixed it through some wholemeal pasta, oh i nearly forgot, some rum n raisin ice cream for afters and its the weekend
 
Jacket's FTW!

We had a late lunch so dinner is going to be later on. I've got a nice roasted pork stew on the go with lots of roasted pumpkin, fresh green beens, Fresh sugar snap peas and potatoes in it. Yummy.

If I'd had an apple about I would have chucked one of those in too.

It'll definatly fill you up and stick to your ribs on a cold winters night. Yummy.
 
I've only eaten a slice of toast (which ended up in the toilet projectile style) and three fish fingers since Friday, I'm going to munch on Some spicy tomato soup and bread, then maybe some Ambrosia rice pudding later for supper! I'm not sure how well this is going to go, but i'll do my bestest.

In other news, I cut my finger trying to get through my pumpkin. Just me being a fud.
