What are you munching on? v. Noodle nights n greedy monkeys

I've just eaten a whole heap of Chicken Nacho's with Jalepenos, sour cream, salsa and Habenero hot sauce. Shall be feeling it tomorrow. I actually feel a bit sick with the amount of fat in them. Oh well, back to healthy eating tomorrow.
 
Roast chicken with rosemary & honey, romaine lettuce salad w/curry dressing & coffee ice cream. And crow. Lots of verbal navigation this week & it's only f-ing Tuesday morning.
 
Dunno what I'm gonna have for lunch today. Soup is sounding nice.

Roasting a great big bit of beef for dinner tonight. Gonna slow cook it. Mine usually ends up so tender it falls apart. Just the way I like it. Think I'll have it with Garlic Mashed potatoes. Yummy!
 
Im busy cooking something like a moussaka but without any cheese/white sauce

Aubergine, onion, potato, sauce, then another layer :)

Going to top it all off with some cheese when its done.

Just had a huge bowl of homemade veg and chicken soup - lots of leeks and celery in it. Lovely :)

Yes I made with garlic, chilly, cumin and a bunch of corriander - it was really tasty, so much so that we ate a full tray of it :D (So much for NY diet :D).

I cant be bothered cooking tonight so its instant noodles mixed with packet soup.

I'm growing quite fond of Flowella Benjamin's jerk chicken with rice and peas.

I think I've tried the whole range now, but the jerk chicken wins hands down. It's got a good kick of cinnamon to it. <3
 
Tucking into my 3rd banana cake in 3 days! The missus makes the freaking best banana cake on the planet, with chocolate banana icing on top, God it's nice!
 
Skint just reached a new level. I'm eating Stuffing and gravy. That and a tin of kidney beans was all I had left in my cupboard. I'm skint til Tuesday and I realised I'd only had a slice of toast since 5.30am so it was a reach to the back of the cupboards job.

I'm going over to a friends later, and they're cooking for me <3
