What are you munching on? v. Noodle nights n greedy monkeys

Ah fuck's sake - now I need to put on some clothes and go make some dinner as I've missed the boat for sleeping without food. Just going to make something that's really quick and rich in carbs.

You best drink 2 bottles ASAP then. :)

I would if I could, but I lack the funds now, just spent the last of it. I'm off for a crisis loan and a credit union loan tomorrow so I can buy a bed, oven, cooker etc and some flooring! Flat is still furniture less and has cold paint splatted concrete floors.

I'm munching on nothing now until tomorrow morning as I'm full of Goulash! Nom Nom.

That goulash sounds good, Cherry. Love a bit of goulash! :)

About to eat some chicken paprika myself - chicken (obviously) breast, tomoatoes, red pepper, lots of spicy paprika powder and onion - smells good. Oh and a large dollop of soured cream on top!

There wasn't really anything that fitted the requirements so I just had an egg sammiched between two pancakes.

I do believe there is a mis-print on the pancake packaging though - it says each pancake cotains 834 calories :|

That's pretty much exactly the same recipe I used for my Goulash, except I used beef and added some natural yoghurt towards the end :)

I might try Chicken next time!

It certainly sounds like a Serbian dish, has all the right ingredients, but it's just a random recipe I found on the web.

Edit: Going by Cherry's post, it's evidently a Serbian/Hungarian/ this part of Europe goulash/paprikas dish, just with chicken and not beef.

i just had a really nice chinese. i had salt and chilli mixed sea food, singapore fried rice noodles, grilled pork dumplings and bbq spare ribs. im absolutley stuffed and ive still got half of it left. oh well im gona have a nice lunch tomoro as well :)

Pumpkin soup is delicious, mmmm! Been head that's a lot of food for one person, I usually feel full after I've eaten 3 or 4 salt & pepper ribs and have to struggle to finish my main dish.

yeh it was way to much food for one tbh, i coudnt decide what i wanted so i got a few things. i only finished half of it so i basically ate two whole dishes which is still alot of food for one. it was good shit tho, i reckon they under charged me as well, it only came to £14 which is pretty cheap for 4 dishes

We're having pepperoni & mozzerella pasta tonight with some italian bread. Can't wait. :)

Cooked my "visitors" dish of chicken breasts stuffed with haggis, mushroom n' cream sauce tonight - nae whiskey or peppercorns in it. It really needs this but I was cooking for folks with plain tastes.

Had it with tiny new tatties with spring onions and green veggies.

Fuck folk with plane tastes, they claim they dinna like anything but if you cook them a proper delicious dish I bet you'd find they love it. My aunt and uncle were always the same, just like plain typical old folk food nothing spicy or different etc. Then I'd cook curries n stuff and they wolfed it down and clearly loved it asked me to cook it again.

That dish needs whisky sauce. I <3 chicken balmoral.

just had a nice T-Bone steak with home made chips, onion rings, pepper sauce and sauted onions, sweet chilli n garlic.
having a few cans of Polish lager = Zubr with the meal.

Bogman that sounds great.

I had an M&S lamb curry pot, hot but too dry and tasteless. Same with the chile con carne one last night, not enough flavour.

@spadey what u doing buyin them dinners.
u use to cook most of your food.
btw it was great, the steak was perfect.
got from local butcher, got 2 big t-bones for less than 9euro.
