I tried making my own little toast pizzas yesterday and it was the single biggest fail of my cooking adventures.
Procedure: Spread sainsburys pasta sauce over lightly toasted breat, then chop up some peppers and throw on a few chunks of pineapple. Fuck the cheese because we don't have any
The result was soggy bread were the sauce had totally saturated it, and then burnt edges where it had not. I even dropped one face down getting them off the grill and still ate it.
...that's just how I roll
making the sauce for a pollack and ling curry, gonna be a bastardised version of butter chicken/korma type sauce, always do it fairly mild for fish, but then i whack a load of chilli sauce once its on my plate anyway... 8)
