I try n get all my veg from the farmers market it's cheap as supermarket n much better quality.

We have a fantastic one every sat. about 500 yards from my gaff.

N given all the fantastic local farms in the west it's a joy.

thankyou they dont usually remain that healthy after the amount of various sauces i dump ontop of them

just finished another pot of tescos sweet pickle. up to my tits in good old vinegary pickled goodness.

did a pork mince stir fry for dinner tonite.put a small amount of spicey chorizo in with it.

the veg were white and red onion - green pepper - garlic - celery.

the sauce i made by putting 2 large spoons of smooth peanut butter in a pot on a low heat.then added red sauce - bbq sauce - soy sauce - fish sauce - honey - salt n pepper and small amount of chilli flakes.

let the sauce all melt into gether for a few mins then pour over the stir fry meat n veg.added a packet of noodles to the wok for about 2 minutes.

Homemade Fish & chips with salad, made my hubby, I have finally decided after oh so many years together to let him loose in the kitchen, he is shaping up well:D

Pork 'n' bean curry - coupla days old and in its prime. Was lush but uberfilling. Late-night supper methinks cos don't think it'll be entirely safe left another day. Bloody tasty though. Had the last of me "premium" mango chutney on the side. Don't usually splash out on condiments (except as a party piece) but really was lush stuff. Geeta's apparantly. Whoever Geeta is.
