I had a lazyittus sausage, mash and onion gravy microwave meal today again but chucked in some green beans with it aswell.

Only took about 10 mins to do and it was actually really lovely.

Giving up meat after that last meal so might post some of my new veg recipes.

apple goes with the cheese plus is nice when ye mix it with the red onion.had a roast garlic flavoured mayo and chutney with the salad,as i type im making another one for tomorrow.
 
Im just waiting for my chilli to finish cooking in my new slow cooker! First thing that I have used it for. My lovely girlfriend put all of the stuff in it for me this morning before she left the house knowing that I'd be home from my travels at about this time bloody hungry, just going to jump in the shower and wait the last few minutes for it to finish. Cooked some rice with spring onion in it too. Nom nom nom

I'll take a picture and post it onshen I'm eating, give me h.f hour to get clean and finish the rice off. :)
 
cooked up my black eye beans tonite,did a Hopping John.was not bad but next time will add extra spices to it.this thime i used a small piece of smoked bacon off the bone.
will look for a bigger piece on the bone in my local butchers for my next attempt.

Only just got around to posting this, despite it being promised at like 1O'clock this afternoon....

Anyway, Monstanoodle is going to upload the photo of the beautiful chilli and spring onion rice that my girlfriend prepared for me in the slow cooker for when I returned home, because she's bloody amazing and would know that I would be starving, so she made is and it was lovely wi enough for lunch to,or row for me too!,

Looks a bit dry mate and not very tomatoey. I just had a cheese and ham toastie and fries for dinner because I couldn't be fucked with some form of chicken / pork curry and rice or noodles. Gets too much eating that 2 or 3 times a day.
 
It wasn't as dry as it appears there, it was done in a slow cooker with the lid on so actually quite wet.... Crap iPhone camera!
 
cheese and ham toasties are a must in Thailand ay Spade lol..

( Ive never been able to replicate travel toasties in england . wonder what cheeze and ham it is??)
