Yeah I def under estimated the portion, was for 4 people and there was more like enough for 3.

Main dish is chicken, button mushrooms, courgettes and carrots. Was tastey stuff, done in a creamy sauce.

Step up from the lunch I made which was sausages in a roll with melted cheese, onion and a few BBQ pringles. Odd combo according to everyone else but was good. I'm on a bit of a health drive at the moment and off the booze mostly so trying to eat lots of protein and vege.

Probably end up demolishing the rest of those BBQ pringles with some dip soon though.
 
I ment more on the exercise side of things but I've avoided any crisps, biscuits, cake etc that anyone else was eating around me all week. Few pringles won't hurt tonight. Debating a cheeky wee drink, not drank more than 1 pint or a glass of wine in nearly 4 weeks now. Gonna get messy next weekend :D

And that is healthy how? Cheap processed meat, bread, cheese and crisps are not healthy mate. :D

I'm eating crckers with seriouslu spreadable chilli cheese and cucumber on it. Had a bag of chippy chips and some breaded jalapenos + sweetcorn fritters earlier.
 
Nothing because i have to wait a nauseating hour before i can eat anything on Doxycycline,

That casserole sounds lovely - how'd you make it?

I had beans on toast for dinner with brown sauce on top. Been eating far too much rich food this week and can see that continuing next weekend with xmas cooking.
 
Fry onion, garlic and chilli, chuck in some chicken breast and fresh chorizo sausages (not the dried, cured, stuff) and brown. Add all to the slow cooker with tin of tomato and some chicken stock, some spices if you like.

i try and use chicken on the bone also use white wine sometimes.can also add tin of chickpeas and or some potatoes.
 
The cheese and biscuits I bought for Christmas :/..Tesco Le Roule and Mature Cheddar and pickled onion with Nairn oatcakes. Ive got some nice brie in the fridge bit if I start on that I'll never stop..

mmmmmm <3 cheeze <3 mmmmmm
