I think it's vile with vodka but then vodka ruins practically anything you add to it. I never saw it in Aus once. Apparently it's really popular in Russia and Mongolia, I remember reading Ewan McGregors Long Way Round book and he talks about finding it in this wee shop in the middle of nowhere in Mongolia.

lol, I love the way Scots describe Irn-Bru, and Tizer, as juice.

Eh? It is juice. There's nothing else you could call it without sounding like an absolute clown. "Pop"? "Soda"?

You get juice (not alcohol) or drink (alcohol). Technically milk as well, & water (but even that I often refer to as council juice).

Obviously you get different types of juice. Fizzy juice, diluting juice, fruit juice...

Edit - Just clocked you've answered that. "Pop" haha, fuck off. Have a glass of pop after your fruity cider =D

Aye, you're pretty much spot on. "Juice" would be fruit juice, apple juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice etc.

Juice doesn't mean fizzy juice, it just means any kind of juice.

What do you call juice like Oasis etc, stuff that isn't in your narrow definition of "juice" but isn't "fizzy pop"?

I think basically if it doesn't get you drunk it's all juice.

Yes. If it does get you drunk then it's just drink lol. If I'm going to the shop "to buy drink" then I'm going to get drunk. If I'm going "to buy juice" then I'm thirsty - I might come back with a carton of orange juice, I might come back with a 2L of Coke but they're both "juice".

Other than milk really.

pop, squash, and juice. all different.

In scotland pop = juice , squash = diluting juice, juice = ?

Fucking pop and squash. What are you English cunts all about.

Squash = dilutie juice.

Crazy uk foreigners.
Pop = e.g coke, pepsi etc, ost forms of carbonated drinks
Squash = undiluted juice, e,g robinsons apple & blackcurrant, tesco value double strength lemon etc
Juice = Usually fruit but can be branded bottle- e.g Apple juice, pure orange juice, fresh orange juice, cranberry juice but also included flat branded drinks like oasis, oasis isnt 'pop' its juice, like drench = juice, ribena = juice etc
Drink = alcoholic beverage of some kind
Coffee = coffee, both instant and snob coffee
Tea = Tea
Water = water

We clear?

Anyone got a problem with that we'll take it outside
