Just munched beefy Thai red curry. Semi-homemade (as in I chopped onions, garlic, chillies and stuff) but used a jar of paste. Was actually very tasty. Spice mix was a tad heavy on the salt though.

MM: I saw those jelly beans at the Co-Op t'other night and was tempted. They cost a quid a pack so probably not quite excessive enough to justify much more than a light flogging of errant childrens. Then again, they definitely are inferior to the original ones which are bloody great.
 
frankly it's bordering on child abuse to give your kids anything less (than the originals)

I actually feel bad now Shambles has said they are only a quid a tube...what planet are you on bandw where a quid is "expensive"?

But I don't feel so bad now Shambles has corroborated that they are in fact inferior beans.

Anyway, my pork cassserole is simply stunning, amazing, i can't praise myself highly enough...just waiting for missis to get home from work now so we can eat it.

I will research the price of said beans as i have nothing better to do.

Knockanpizzas are back! I'm using less water in the dough, seems Jamie might have made an elliot of his proportions. So now it's 3 parts water to 2 parts 3-MeO-PCP.

Cut fairly deeply into my thumb making my pizza but it was worth it. Much better than Domino's. This less-water dough is certainly different, not sure if I understand it yet. It doesn't crisp up in quite the same way as the more-water dough but on the other hand it is easier to roll out, doesn't taste any different.
 
Less-water dough? I've shipped back home all my stuff, so I cannot check the cookbooks. But 200 grams flour, 300 grams water seems strange. It also depends on which flour you're using and whatnot. Also, do you use (google translating...) baker's yeast or instant baking powder?
