Brimz .. recommend me some rap you think i'd like and I'll give it a go. the only artist i can say I've ever been taken by was some Andre Nickatina a yank buddy sent me about 10 years ago. I know and kinda like Public Enemy & NWA n stuff like that, not interested in Snoop & Dre type stuff tho ... Loved The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy back in the day. I should probably look into Michael Franti's other incarnations and solo stuff. i loathe R N B tho, if that's any help

Andre Nickatina - Ayo

Andre Nickatina - The Al Capone Suit

also ... do you remember this rave/dance track from the early 1990's?

Earth Leakage Trip - No Idea
and the doors are where the windows should be ... and the windows are where the doors should be ... x infinite loop

I fucking <3 it lots. if there's any track that sorta replicates my memory of trippin in the early 90's, it's this, mainly the sample 'the windows are where the doors used to be' ... I remember I was always trying to make sense of various seemingly nonsense things in that exact same way, repeating things back to myself a million times before giving up ... coupled with fits of inevitable giggles =D

[great poltergeist sample too]

mailmonkey, can you remember it?

i will as long as you looked at Papoose Tats Marmz;)

in fact id be glad too you knew that though <3:)

oh n whats Rap its not aculture HIp Hop is though
R.A.P

Rythmic American Poetry ..The DOC 1989

Jason Donovan - Too Many Broken Hearts

I went to the shop but they were all out of sturm und drang and won't be getting any more in until next week. So here's Jason with a piece of eternal wisdom cunningly disguised as a cheesy Stock, Aitken and Waterman pop hit. Choose your side carefully.
