Damn - if you'd got me a ticket you could have stayed at mine... Not sure what Mrs Humanoid would have made of that. She loves her benzos though so a couple of blues would have acquired her acquiescence.

Well we have a very endearing toddler and a slightly less endearing animal in the house so you would have fit inbetween perfectly.

I remember walking out to Bowie playing that song at Old Trafford cricket ground after a downpour. It was good.
 
Listening to the unquote mix for the hospital recods podcast, it's really nice and chilled.

Saw him live a few times - excellent. Always thought he deserved a bit more success than he's had.

Thanks Marmalade. It is ok - means I can get drunk (ish) every night with impunity. I have to confess I am unfamiliar with the Cardiacs.... They aren't on Spotify either so where do you recommend to start...?
