Moombahton is essentially slowed down dirty dutch over a good beat. DJ Dave Nada was listenin to "Moombah" remix by Afrojack when he decided to slow it down to 108 bpm. Tempo is similar to reggaeton hence "Moombahton".

Honestly I think Dave Nada (Nadastrom) is not that good but Dillon Francis is effing amazing and a lot of his songs fall under moombahton. It's a nice break from nonstop dubstep (although I'll never stop loving dubstep). I love dutch house but moombahton just makes me wanna dance so much more. Also what's gabber?
 
gabber is basically another word for hardcore.
NOT happy hardcore, not breakbeat hardcore, hardcore as in the genre that originated in holland known for its angry themes and high BPMs/distorted kickdrums.
think hardstyle but faster, less cheesy, and less happy, and a little more distored if you dont know what hardcore is. gabber and hardcore are the same thing, gabber is just an older word/word the dutch use mostly it seems.
Angerfist is probably the most well known hardcore/gabber producer.
