It wasn't. Just happened to be wot I was listening to at the time. You not a Cocteau Twins fan? Nor a goth? You may like it anyway - is a fine tune. And has nowt to do with anything beyond wot I iz listening to. Shuffle button, innit :)

In totally unrelated news, not quite the tune I'm listening to cos am listening to an instrumental remix. However, the original is also a belter. Although are different enough for me to question whether they actually are the same tune of PooToob is telling me lies :sus:

I'd go for that last Pumpkins/Manson one if in doubt. Properly good acoustic versions of both tunes so they are <3

Lawdy O'Blimey. Usually these Japanese covers can be kinda hit and miss (mostly a bit miss truth be told) but this is a really rather lushy acoustic cover of one of their least-known early songs wot I <3. That first New Order album is stupidly good but always gets looked over. Probably cos it sounds too much like Joy Division - they were clearly in a bit of an inbetweeny stage. Way more gloomy than their ecstasty-era stuff. But inna good way <3
