You probably did see Saul Williams supporting NIN at some time cos he regularly did. Trent Reznor produced a fair bit of his stuff. As with MM. Hence me suggesting a connection ;)

Never heard of Icon of Coil but Coil are the tits. Will see wot I think of IoC but they have a helluva long way to go to catch up to their near-namesakes 8o

Yeah, Coil are great. And ATR and Sheep on Drugs are bonkers.. never really given them a thorough listen. Shall rectify this.

Did naughty things with a semi-mate's missus in a tent at a festival to this album around the time it came out and was on constant rotation in my vicinity. Was how I lost my innocence <3

(edit: not that innocence. the kinda innocence where you fuck over mates to get at their missus. was a brief period but still somewhat sweet in my mind all the same :o)

But in reference to that specific thing, I said that I had been regularly accused of being "too nice" by exes. I have been thusly accused. But I never said I agreed. Nope, they'd somehow escaped my listening so far. Not sure why as I listen to a fair bit of post-rock stuffs.

Hmmm, I would say that more of a mild rip-off than a severe one. I can hear it, though, yeah.
