This tune was one of the first jungle tunes i think i ever got my paws on in 94 i think it was a Quest anthem. Doesnt get goin till about 1.20 properly but its worth it
 
The original version of Q project, I got a bit of a soft spot for the Total Science remix too as it's got that "tech" sound to it at the start, makes me think of Doc Scott - Shadow Boxing in a way.

For me Dr S Gachet was the don, alongside Rap & Easy D they were my Jungle idols.
On a early production tip Photek was a god to me before he went all gay in the USA, the beats on his 1st album are so sharp.

I know what cabin fever feels like, had a few broken limbs in my time, but the whole neck thing youre dealing with would be driving me mental by now I think. Annoying (and painful) as fuck no doubt.
