Yeah I get it very well.
My ex turned me onto them some time ago & the first time I saw "I Fink You Freeky" I fell in love with them. I worship Roger Ballen though so that speaks volumes why I love Die Antwoord too if you are aware of his work.

I reacted to the band in general but I like both songs. 😜 I like most of the stuff twenty one pilots puts out. Car Radio is a good song. I'd never heard of them until YouTube was nice enough to recommend them! (y) I first got really into them for a bit when I heard the 2 songs I'm going to post below. As I mentioned I tend to listen to music in binges. So I'll discover a band, listen to them for a few weeks, rinse & repeat. :LOL:





As for Die Antwoord & your post on that; to each there own. ;)

I'll do a seperate post to respond to ZB about them. As you've probably noticed by my likes & posts; I listen to so much different stuff that it's hard to find a genre where I don't at least like something. So maybe I'm not as picky? I dunno there's a lot I also really don't like. So I guess it varies. :unsure:

YouTube can be handy at times with recommendations. It was YouTube recommending music on the label "Fueled By Ramen" that got introduced to twenty one pilots. At the same time it introduced me to Grandson. Listening to a bit ATM; actually. I like a lot of his stuff as well. As usual I can find lyrics I like to quote. :ROFLMAO:

To respond to both of your posts; South Africa indeed. I haven't listened to all the albums the band has put out but I've listened to some. I've checked out all the music videos as they're usually entertaining. I enjoy the song you posted as well. I've heard it before a few times. It's quoteable? =D

As for Roger Ballen; I believe I've seen his work before? I'm not 100% sure as I don't recognize the name but I'm terrible with names. It's quite possible I ran into it when exploring. I enjoy art quite a bit as well as music. I'm into quite a few artists. I'm liking Ballen's work now that I'm looking into it more.

This reminds me I really need to set an avatar! Post some art. Traditionally something from Trevor Brown. Lately the Alice series but I digress. My apologies. Maybe there's an art thread. :unsure: 😁

Anyway back to music. Still listening to some Grandson.
