I've been reading about using sound to put you to sleep. Sounds backward doesn't it? Apparently the knowledge has been around for quite a while. Access to music in the 432hz-582hz range was the problem. If you don't mind my asking, do you pull your music from YouTube? I've seen channels offering it, but I wasn't sure how legit or how close to the needed frequency it would be.Some 528hz "music" in the background..sposed to repair DNA. Oh, lors.....
I will say that this hz is the only "music" or other noise I have ever been able tolerate while going to sleep. Always gotta turn everything off. Puts me right out, though.
Yeah itay be nuts but it works for dis ol chap.
Peace
Here's a little video I made tinkering with the effects on TikTok. It's like it's starting to make sense. Anyway,.check out my YouTube, I'm on Spotify, wherever. I hope to promote a message of harm reduction in my music, I am willing to take that on publicly and openly, because we've only got one life to live and ya might as well do what the fuck you feel most inclined to do, and spread a message you are comfortable being passionate about that does good work and helps people.
I do. I play "black screen" frequencies for hours before I wake and turn it off.If you don't mind my asking, do you pull your music from YouTube?
Cool! Thanks man, I can't wait to try it out!I do. I play "black screen" frequencies for hours before I wake and turn it off.
Actually I use an addon named SmartTube that nixes all ads and employ surround sound so yeah I actually feel the vibes in the physical.
Many have used these solfeggio frequencies in chants and whatnot throughout the ages by many cultures.
I first thought it hokey and possibly outright BS but turns out it is a real "thing" as far as I can tell.
Always loved the johnny rivers guitar outro
RightonI use to watch REM at the bars in Athens. I caught them once at the 688 in Little Five Points. They never disappoint!
