I know perfectly what to advise.

Been having a real nightmare of a mental breakdown last few days.
Not my fault. Because no body or mind would withstand this passage.

I've nearly made it but at the expense of not making it as the present course, destructed currently lies.

Once again recovering that sheer will to survive when it seems, feels impossible. Then applying the painstaking effort to remedy whatever needs it most.

It's been a full bag. No easy stride yet. Vs 2 hrs ago. Dead end pinned view. No visible way, despair, sadness and panic.

Real rock bottom.

Been there a lot. Atm, I'm seeing more of a way but it will be a scrape and wing on prayer to the finale. It hasn't been my fault at all, yet at mercy again.

Is where the sadness comes from. Losing will completely and genuinely seeing no way in the catch 22. The idea of throwing all that effort, endurance and labour away now. It's spun me back into trauma, even though, the original main prob, downstairs is only fractionally as bad now.

Allergies needed managing today in face of unusually severe suffocation last 3 days.

Priority one to secure the future. I spent the lot and some loans.

Well i'd never heard of Vothana & i'd never heard black metal like that. It had some different force for sure.

I guess i dont listen to b.m. super often, but its the only metal for moi.

Tam Qam Tabula, i do know this band though! I havent heard this tape by the looks of it. Yummy yum :>

Same! Only metal for me is black metal! ;)

Vothana is interesting for sure! Only discovering their stuff recently.
They got the whole melancholic tremelo riffs going on, but there's also this atmosphere of strength and hope. It's a nice touch that I rarely hear in Black Metal.


Tam Quam Tabula Rasa is a great trance-inducing Italian industrial group. Surprised anyone here would know about them! Hell yeah!
I've never seen this tape either & I've listened to a lot of their stuff, but this tape appears to be a collection of tracks from other tapes & possibly some ones I've never heard.

This i haven't heard in 15 years. Pleasantly surprised by the quality. I like it more now than i did when it was released.
