Anyone here listen to Demotori? One of my favorite rock bands from Japan. Don't be put off by the artwork in this video if anime isn't your thing. I listen to these albums in my car all of the time and have yet to find anyone that disliked the music. This is just one of many bands that covers and do original songs based around the Touhou series of video games. There are artist spanning every genre that have put their own spin on the music from the series. The creator released all his work as public domain and encourages people to remix it, cover it, and make original content using the characters. As a result a very large scene sprung up around the games and music.

I have 6TB of original music based around this series on my home server. It probably doesn't even contain a 1/4th of what's available. Been slowly collecting all I can these last couple of years. Keep having to buy new hard drives because I keep running out of space.
