With the Aphex Twin mention above, here's one of his favourite acts (and mine too). People who are serious about joining the dots between post-industrial / power electronics and the stuff that followed can probably see the mutual exchange of ideas and where Richard learned about textures. Other people can just not click on it because it'll probably frighten you, upset your mother or wreck your speakers.
