What are you listening to? Part XXX - Sexxxy tunes for sexxxy folks

been watching the tomorrowland streams , really miss it when i went over 12 years ago now but felt like yesterday, its an amazing experience.

Love trance and electro music tbh

I did not search for this child, but she appears to be taking all social media by storm, and she appeared in my feed.

She obviously comes from a very musical and arty family, and is phenomenally gifted.

Her favourite basslines are complex and funky, and she nails every one, every time.

She also does all forms of rock.

In this video, it's a relatively simple bassline, but it's her timing that stands out imo, as it's so impeccable. She's absolutely nailed it! Her simple joy and pleasure in music, and excelling at playing it, is contagious to watch imo.

I tend to notice when a musician's timing is so perfect as to be amazing, or when it's not quite right.

Next up was this, and I'm not sure if ever actually listened to Megadeth before, as I was under the (wrong) impression, that they are crap!

I've just listened to the Megadeth versions of this track, without Ellen's accompaniment, but I actually much prefer this take, as the base and drums are so satisfyingly at the forefront, and so loud and banging in the sound mix. More so than in the other versions currently available on Youchube.

So today I've learned that Megadeth are at least not entirely crap, and probably merit further investigation.

This girl's choice of tunes is fantastic, but that is probably guided by her musician father.

This track builds up nicely. After about 1:20 there is more powerful rhythmic guitar, which takes things to the next level, imho.
