I've been meaning to write a letter to Marks and Spencer; telling them that in the preparation instructions for their C***k*n Madras, "For best results, microwave" should read "For best results, reheat using a camping stove outside a tent at a music festival, from a vantage point with a clear view straight down the Midway to the main stage".

I mean, it'd give them a laugh; and I might even get a gift voucher for a free curry out of it.

Heading even further off-topic, has anyone here ever tried cooking with an FRH?
 
Thats a good way to start a breakfast. Sizzling sausages, bacon, fried eggs and the freshest mushrooms going, after getting up at some ungodly time in the morning and climbing half way up a mountain to scavenge for wild mushrooms. Got plenty oyster mushrooms, so much better than the ones you buy in the shop, not wet and soggy, got hedgehog fungi, and slippery jacks, larch boletes, a big pot full of edible wild mushrooms, just de-slimed the slippery jacks and cut the caps from the stems, same for larch boletes, fried it all up and that was one hell of a breakfast. The climb and rooting about all over the show for the mushrooms really worked up an appetite.

Oh well, hopefully the phet will take that away once its done.

Quorn? that fake meat shit? I'm all for eating mushrooms, I LOVE going mushroom picking, but something that tastes like sawdust soaked in fermented piss that was grown in a vat? bugger that.
