^ love Bonnie prince billy!

I'm listening to A compilation by The amorphous androgynous called A monsterous Psychedelic Bubble Exploding in your mind vol 2. Has loooooaods of great Psyche/Kraut such as Faust, US69, Comus...fucking excellent compilation is you like that sort of thing.

Will have to track that one down, WR. Have Vol. 1 but had no idea there was a second part. Unless they split it into two volumes cos the one I have is at least two hours long and don't think it was ever actually released anywhere - still got the radio namechecks every half-hour on it anyway. Some corking old 60s tracks on there but never come across the mixes they use anywhere else.

Still only got the sound of the PC fan to listen to at the moment due to still being slightly delicate. So I really should stay out of this thread for now cos I suspect many others will already be listening to PC fans making it a rather superfluous recommendation.

EDIT: Found it. Split into bits on bloody Rapidshare so will be a faff but may be downloaded by the end of the week if I'm lucky :D

Oh SamhainGrim, you loathsome, pathetic and perpetually adolescent arsehole, can you please stop acting as a cheap and transparent shill for my back catalogue on some frightful druggie forum?

But on reconsidering, it may help make me rich and depress the fuck out of people at the same time! Bwahahahaha! So I'll allow you to play this little ditty, which (if I may say so myself) is so punishing but ends up on such a beautiful note that it brings a tear to my dead eye.

You can still fuck off though, worm.

British rap at its, ahem, finest...

Classic. :D

Though somewhat unbelievably the guy ended up with Maria Whittaker, so I suppose he got the last laugh. Though there were many laughs to be had, as the song attests.

Can't imagine good ol' Maria was much of a conversationalist, however. Though I'd love it if she were to prove me wrong and talk Nietzsche... in eighties Page Three parlance of course.

^ Already a hissy recording too! Though it'd be tragic if it wasn't. :)

Jim Carroll on unofficial emcee duties to boot.
