On my walk to work today I noticed some more residents had moved into Manchester's fastest-growing suburb. No, not Chorlton, I mean under the railway viaduct that runs alongside the old UMIST campus. Two arches are now occupied by rough sleepers, with only a few prime spots remaining. Be quick folks - this desirable city living experience could be yours today. It won't last forever.
