Bloody wife is on a diet at the moment, so instead of her 1 (or 2) bottles of sugar laden Lambrini every night, she's cottoned on to the fact that vodka is much less fattening.

I think I'm turning gay.
Since having to share my vodka with a wife on a calorie controlled course of alcoholism, I'm finding myself having to drink it with slimline tonic, ice and lemon instead of just chugging it straight out of the bottle.

Prosecco and chambord is pretty damn good for a “girly” drink. I can only stomach a few though, I find Prosecco ridiculously gassy.

@F.U.B.A.R. Never seen that my side but also they not allowed by law to make a beer stronger then 5.5%. You Guys are lucky overall in that department.

Yeah those are delicious, but be aware of the sugar content. I used to scarf those denying to myself they were any different than flavored seltzer. I think they are more equivalent to a Coke or Pepsi in that department.
Used to drink these with vodka a lot. Having one now, but now no vodka. Still tasty.

Made from fermented and distilled coconuts. Something in between rum and whiskey. It's good with coke or ginger beer but also on the rocks. It's pretty good. I practically lived on it in Sri Lanka.
