Sounds interestingRasp carrots add mineral water from a bottle, add salt 2.5 to 5% of the rasped carrots weight add a crushed garlic clove put in glass/wick jar. Add a small bag with water to keep everything submerged.

Good stuff, well done, I've been trying to lose my gut since January the 9th, havent done any exercise but I've been mega strict on eating healthy/minimal, lost 7kg so far. I wish id known my BMI when i started. Or can i still work it out?
