What Are You Drinking? V2. Frosty Jacks - For The Discerning Pisshead

Supermarket own brand cider is surprisingly good for the price, especially mixed with blackcurrant. Asda own brand seems to be the cheapest alcohol available at £2 for 10 units. Morrisons own brand is £2 for 8 units, I usually go for that as I find it easier to "cruise" all day and not get too drunk with 4% ABV, rather than Asda's 5%

They both work out way cheaper than the 7.5% dreck from the corner shop, tastier too

Liked the cider in Spain 24 years ago (Asturias?) and also those from Normandy and the South of France. The English ones, Savannah and Apple Bandit I don't like anymore.

OT: Warsteiner 0,0 (does that count?)

A nice bottle of red wine .had to much of everything last night and was dying at work today solely due to alcohol so just sipping my wine and have home cooked spaghetti bolgniese which I better eat soon before I finish the wine 🍷

Last night I drunk 4 pint cans of beer,a bottle of Henry westens and a full bottle of red .had to buy chewing gum this morning, I didn't drive as had a job on my street .man I need to stop drinking so much 😩

Fierce Beer Rhubarb Fruity Pale Ale.

Got-dayum is that a tasty beverage. Not even remotely beery, but as far as just plain deliciousness goes: we have a winner 😎

EDIT: Interesting tasting note wot I just discovered: tea. Bog-standard (actually kinda fancy-tasting) English Breakfast Black Tea. Can definitely taste the tannins but also the actual tea taste. Interesting…

This is the dividing line between Polish lager and Polish tramp juice. And it has a bison on the can. Can't go wrong with that.

Na zdrowie 🍻 I'm partial to it sometimes, at 6% it delivers a good kick up the arse.. best enjoyed from a brown paper bag. Tonight I started with tyskie, now drinking vodka with mango juice.. very eh metrosexual I think the word is?

The Glen's again, after a few Guinness West Indies. But with methadone tablets on top. I do actually need to go out and do things, so I'm hoping there's no conspicuous stagger. Feeling good though.

Timothy Taylor/Northern Monk Nitro Unity Stout.

Guess it wasn’t selling at seven quid a four pack so they’re selling it of for a fiver. Much more tempting.

Decent stout too. Very light in flavour which may not be to all tastes, but very refreshing for a stout.
Probably my favourite beer style, and I adore Timothy Taylor in particular. I'd love to see this on sale around here!
