Manchester's finest tap water for the moment, until i decide whether to make tonight a G night or whether to leave it until tomorrow as there's some stuff i need to do tomorrow.

I slept very badly last night thanks to taking one last line of bupe too late in the evening so that it kept me awake half the night and even then i still kept waking every half hour or something. Temporarily upped my benzo dose to no avail whatsoever. That's the decision made to stick to water and bupe for tonight then i think.
