I'm a few cans in, so I kind of forgot I had one open and cracked another one. Now I have one for my left hand and one for my right, and alternating between them is like being at the gates of a sordid Valhalla that's made out of aluminium.

Were I to somehow transpose the can situation to the tortured sphere of my genitals, then my household Kleenex bill would double overnight.

if anyone is going to sainsburys ... sainsburys own brand cider [750ml bottles], the one that's labelled up to look like Merrydown on the same display shelf ... it's labelled up @ £2.49 [and on 3 for £5] ... BUT the single 750ml bottle scan in at £1.49 ... and have done for the last year! meaning it's like 3 for £4.46!

... or like 3 bottles of merrydown for less than a fiver [7.2 or 7.4% too, cant remember exactly]. tastes ace, and almost identical to merrydown

Yeah daft that in it i'm drinkin myself a bottle right know, i think its actually a bit sweeter than the Merrydown , n i prefer it.

Errr, I'm drinking ribena, had about 4 pints since I finished work, gonna stay on the ribena as long as I can before i get the Westons Vintage and spirits out later, gonna be a long night....

reading this thread has made the Weston's call even more pervasive.
 
Have managed to get through 2g of B2 between 9am and 7pm, now finishing the rest of the bottle of JD I have, not much left in it, there was only about 175ml left, so just drinking that. Gonna get it all in my by midnight so I can start 2012 without anything but the benzos left.

Is quite tasty though JD. Not my fav drink but is tasty

What a very good question !!! who knows probably 4-MEC but you can't be sure it isn't the name of a chemical its a brand name
 
Water. I haven't bothered to drink, stuck some ciders out at the back door to get them cold earlier but didn't get in the mood to drink them. Probably my only sober NYE as an adult and the first time I've just stayed in and did nothing.

tastes AWESOME ... best way to mix vodka. yummy combo [edit] eh, besides vodka mixed with Tia Maria as a Black Russian anyways

vodka is the only spirit you should ever mix though

Hmmmmm, got a bottle of damson vodka me sister made me for christmas, might crack that open in a bit.

I mix all spirits, except for decent malt whisky, even then I add a splash of water.
 
I normally get a coupla bottles of raspberry vodka for xmas from the folks for Christmas, which we pick up at a yearly local preChristmas farmer's market ... couldn't go this year as peeps weren't so well, so my ribena voddy is making up for it.

damson voddy sounds ace. the seller I buy my raspberry one from sells a blackberry version but it's a little too bitter for me

[edit]the seller is actually a diamond geezer from your neck of the woods. he's obviously struggling for sales and rebranded all his products with alcopops style labelling. when i told him I was disapointed about his new fonts n labels, he's made sure for the last 3 years he brings an old label to the market for when my mum buys mine for me, and he slaps one of the oldstyle labels on just for me

LOVE that kinda interaction/service and it's why I keep buying every year
