Ah, I got beer. Really, that rum fucked me up badly. A few gulps and I felt like I had taken 100 mg MXE. Now, with beer, it's just calm and relaxed and the Ethylphenidate is behaving just like it should.

I bloody love coffee. I actually prefer instant though. I'm drinking a happy shopper own brand coffee with Soya milk atm and its really rather nice.

had a cracking day yesterday at the crafy beer festival, was drinking half pts and had a total 0f 14 drinks.

ales, stouts, a lager and 2 ciders all from small Irish brewers plus a pie n mash with mushy peas n gravy for my dinner.

fell asleep on the train home and was lucky that somebody woke me up at my stop.
