Just been for a piss, still running pretty yellow, gonna band some more ribena down before I get on the alc.

Really really hot today, 5 hour long delivery, 6 18-20 kilo bags of mail to deliver, really bad for dehydration now we are out later, used to be finished by 10-11ish so even in high summmer never got too bad. We now sort from 6- about 10, and then out on delivery from 10-3, absolutely stupid, whoever thought that was acceptable from a health and safety point of view needs shooting.

Think Royal Mail will have a few casualties this summer down to heat exhaustion/dehydration/sunstroke, and might have to rethink their ridiculous new plans.
