Closer inspection also reveals lormetazepam to be methyl-lorazepam - and we all know methyl-X is way more potent than X and crosses the blood-brain barrier faster.

On topic: I am craving something to put up my nose because I have this fucking snorting fetish. Some people have a needle fetish, I have a tooting fetish. Wait, that doesn't sound right... Oh well. Heroin would be nice, but I'd take oxy or even cocaine. My MXE & Phenazepam should be coming in the mail tomorrow... I'm excited, as I've never had a postman deliver me drugs. Must...do...research...as I nod...into oblivion.
 
In a perfect world heroin and hydromorphs ... A fat shot (for me now- my tolerance is only like 1/8 what it was back 3 months ago.... Im not dependent anymore just psychologically still fucked and dope; even tho I'm not on it more than every week or so maybe twice on a bad week) of let's say .... .2 h and some hydromorph sprinkles (the beads lol) :)

But I'd very happily settle for heroin. Maybe I'll get lucky tomorrow and the H gods will take pity.

While I'm at it. Some ketamine?
 
Mmmmm - a big bump would definitely help with work in an hour......I have some speed but do you think I'm just setting myself up for a major comedown if I dip into that?

I hate it when the first thing I think when someone says something like that is - Ohh man I'd love to be that high. Obviously not literally, many more excellent opi highs to be had!

The sun comes up on day 5 off - and I have a plan to get my hands on some provided it works with what I have to do Tomoro- so tempted to ditch everything just to grab
 
My ideal death would be while on Heroin haha. Not necessarily an overdose or from a mishap due to me being on Heroin, but just something random and fatal happening to me while high as fuck on Dope.



I want some damn Ghost OG. As much as I dislike Indica strains (except for a select few which I find particularly tasty) I need some sleep :|

You like heroin but not indicas? Haha I always felt like OG strains like ghost were a super narcotic like stoney high, almost opiate like
 
God damn, been up for two nights and I'm starting to hallucinate. Ran out of benzos over 24 hours ago. I would want triazolam to knock me the fuck out, and when I wake up, some bromazepam/phenazepam/lormetazepam and a bit of oxycodone.

Sativas give me everything I would want from Indicas, without making me anxious or paranoid. I know that sounds backwards, but thats how it is. I used to be all about Indicas, but now they just disgust me. A few I do enjoy are Fire Og, Medusa Og, and Diablo Og; but whenever I buy herb, you can bet your life on it that its gonna be Sativa. Its all my girlfriend ever gets now too haha :D

Yes, I love Heroin but dislike Indicas, the two are completely incomparable imo. Indicas just make lazy, anxious, paranoid, and bored; while Heroin gives me a certain degree of energy before the sedation which I really dont find sedating, but more of an intense relaxed feeling. Then the nods settle in which is my favorite part of any opiate high, all while your entire body is being wrapped up in a warm blanket, followed by Heroin Hallucination Land.



Damn you, whataboutheforests. Now I want Heroin :|
 
Valium...with a blunt in one hand and a beer in the other. Endless nitrous and it would be a good night. But alas, I can't take valium or smoke because I have to be able to pass a drug test at any time so for now, I can only dream.
