honestly clonazepam sucks a dick. I tried to get some other benzo but my doc wouldn't switch me to anything else. Its better than lorazepam by far, but I'd take diazepam, alprazolam, or midazolam if you want to get into hypnotics, over clonazepam by far. Granted the only benzos I've tried are clonazepam, lorazepam, diazepam, alprazolam, midazolam, and etizolam.

I wish I had some ketamine right now. That and a fat bowl of weed. I feel pretty good off 60mg of methadone right now, and I'm still coming up on the oral dose I consumed. Even a small dose of meth would awesome, ie 5-10mg desoxyn
 
^Well I wouldn't give up my diazepam either, it's the best. But not exactly a hypnotic, I like lormetazepam and even lorazepam more than I like clonazepam though. From what I've experienced now from the lormetazepam it's ideal (to me) for occasional rec. use, and comedowns of stims. It's also stronger than lorazepam. Well, it is supposed to be a hypnotic so I guess that's normal.

Clonazepam is a pretty potent one for a long-lasting benzo, but I prefer a potent benzo to be shorter acting.

lol, i hate clonazepam, too subtle. i took 9mg cuz i couldn't feel anything, and on top of that, drank caribou lous because the buzz wasn't satisfying. oh man.

Personally I like clonazepam as an all-round benzo which keeps me functional. It is potently anxiolytic for me and will kill a panic attack better than anything other than lorazepam or alprazolam, and it has good muscle-relaxing properties, but is not very amnesic and not sedating in the very least. It also doesn't "fuck me up" in the way many other benzos do. It deals with my stress and anxiety but leaves me quite functional. It also works for a long time.

Also, from Wikipedia - this might explain why some people call it weaksauce and others love it:

Peak blood concentrations of 6.5–13.5 ng/mL were usually reached within 1–2 hours following a single 2 mg oral dose of micronized clonazepam in healthy adults. In some individuals, however, peak blood concentrations were reached at 4–8 hours.

Clonazepam passes rapidly into the central nervous system, with levels in the brain corresponding with levels of unbound clonazepam in the blood serum. Clonazepam plasma levels are very unreliable amongst patients. Plasma levels of clonazepam can vary as much as tenfold between different patients.

Recreationally speaking, my favorite benzos are alprazolam, lormetazepam and nitrazepam.

The muscle relaxant properties were annoying to me as my all-round benzo is diazepam, which also has muscle relaxant properties. This more than often caused me to speak like with a double tongue a bit like I'm drunk (still different though) while I was actually feeling 100% sober. Was annoying. Well now I got diazepam for therapeutic purposes, and lormetazepam for rec. use. :)

ot: A fat line of ketamine.

I found lormetazepam to be an excellent benzo; however, I'm not sure if I dare suggest it to my doctor at the risk of looking too drug-seeking. I have old prescriptions for about 10 different benzos, but lormetazepam wasn't available in my country.


All this talk of it is making me crave some.
 
My favorite Benzo's are in this order...

1. Xanax (best for recreation)
2. Clonazepam (Best for therapeutic purposes)
3. Etizalom (This legal benzo is really great...works for recreation, is very anxiolytic or howered u spell that lol, it's LEGAL and it's cheap!)
4. Lorazepam (I like it alot but not as much as the ones above it)
5. Valium (Not a big fan for some reason but I haven't tried it enough maybe)

I agree it's a nice one. My dr. is super easy going on the benzos. If I tell him "I tried it from a friend and it worked alot better", I usually get it, lol.

@escape20 I actually never tried etizolam. Been very curious about it though.
Xanax is great, but too damn addicting for me because of the short duration. I always want to take more.

Word. Mainly because my stomach is bothering me and some other lingering WD-y feelings.

I could take some sub, but eh I'd rather just deal with it.


Also craving more xanax/benzo, but I'm incredibly frightened of becoming addicted to them and I have a very limited supply, so I have to use them fairly reasonably.

Ms. Martini--clonazepam subtle? I hear the most benzo horror stories about that one. The only crazier benzo I can think of is phenazepam and that's russian so no surprise.

I'm craving some of the kratom that came yesterday, but I'm worried I'll get sidetracked by it and not finish what I need to today.
 
cocaine is what i'm always craving (10 days clean -2 lines from a friend on the weekend), but i'd settle for some opiates!

or better yet, how about both.
 
Hippy crack.

I wish i had never touched Nitrous, that shit used to make me spend money like a fiend.
Now i don't let myself buy them, its best that way.
