Methadone(I start mmt this Tuesday coming up which is a positive step for me IMO) or I'd like a gram of quality tar Heroin.

I could go for a g of quality MXE to.
 
Any relief from this Hell.
Fentanyl vapours have ruined me.
And raped my tolerance.
A solid dose, or what used to be, of an exotic PPD-ester barely made a dent.

Thanks I appreciate it. Yeah I can't keep feeding the monkey on my back. Yeah I'll be addicted to Methadone but it'll keep me from going to the trap multiple times a day and dealing with w/d's and all that bullshit that comes with the Heroin life style. The next step for me if I keep it up is death and I don't want that.

On the topic.
I'd love some oral Morphine, some Green crack hash dabs and a few strong cannabis edibles. I'd be extremely faded probably be in nod central.

Some quality MDA+Ketamine would be pretty awesome to.

Tobacco for spliffs. I got a pack of lucky strikes but its not the best for rolling spliffs with.
