im sorree i kno this breaks the "no pill ID" rules but ive looked and searched all over the internet and cant find shit. i wondering what these pills i found in my parents room are? they are baby blue, rectangle shaped (corners are rounded) and have "L438" printed on one side, with nothing on the other side. i think they might be some kind of painkiller but i have no idea really. any one kno what these are? and yes i already checked rxlist.com. much thanks for any help :D

yeah i got the same results but they say the imprint on those is "SL438". there was no S on the pills i have just "L438".
