What are the "Tricks" to increase your experience?

So, this in fact serves to be my first post given that a couple of days ago I embarked on my first experience with "X" =D. So since I am a rookie to this area of experimenting just like someone fresh to anything, I have a cornucopia of questions. My principal question emerges as wondering if there are any tricks to increasing that euphoric like feeling. Does marijuana use amplify the sensation, or does orange juice serve as an intensifying factor? Also I’ve heard a couple of people shout an expression “Pass me the water, I need to roll harder”. Does this impact anything? I look forward to hearing feedback in regards to this inquiry, & I thank you for your time.

Neither water nor orange juice will make you "roll harder". Drinking water while rolling is definitely enjoyable, though. :D Most things you see or do will feel amazing on E...lights, music, massages, hugs, etc. etc. etc. Have fun exploring all the possibilities. :)

Some things to be aware of:
  • Drinking water is good, but try to drink only when you're thirsty. It's better to drink a sports drink rather than water due to the (remote) danger of hyponatremia ("water intoxication"). I wouldn't have to mention this if it weren't for the fact that people falsely believe that you have to drink gallons of water while rolling to stay safe, and end up hurting themselves. :(
  • Listen to your body. If you're feeling tired, sit down for a bit and enjoy the effects of relaxing on E. Most people who complain of chronic back pain after rolling suffer from it because they were dancing for nine hours straight.
  • If you decide to redose do it only once, and in general you should take 1/2 to 1/3rd of your original dose. Redosing beyond that only slightly extends the effects (if at all) and leads to a harsher comedown. A roll lasts for about 4-6 hours...trying for anything beyond that will just make you feel "speedy".
  • Not all pills necessarily contain MDMA (the active ingredient in Ecstasy -- anything else is considered an adulterant). You should consider investing in a testing kit (available from DanceSafe.org and EZtest.com, among others) so that you have some idea of what you're taking. Getting one is cheaper than a few pills and can save you a lot of horrible experiences.

One more thing important thing: you may be tempted after having such a great experience to use again in the near future, but it's best to wait at least a month between uses. Doing it more frequently won't seem to have a negative effect at first, but believe me in saying that it catches up to you.

Again, the most important thing (aside from keeping yourself safe) is remembering to have fun. :D

I would advise against drinking orange juice while rolling. Although it tastes really good, you can easily over drink, which isn't very good. When under the influence of MDMA, it takes away your appetite, so you will not be eating anything for many many hours. Orange juice has a lot of citric acid and since you won't be eating anything, it can cause you to get acid reflux in the morning.
 
Pleasant environment is key. So, whatever makes you happy and comfortable will make for a more pleasant experience. I agree that when you first do it, you'll want to do it again soon, do resist and wait a month. Rolls that aren't properly spaced aren't very enjoyable and you can be moody for weeks afterwards.
 
Generally, these four things tend to always give me a good experience:
1. Good company
2. Good drinks
3. Good weed
4. Good music

With that, you should be set for the night :D
 
Getting dropped threw the floor. has anybody else had this done or done this? ITS AMAZING.

May I ask what you mean by this? If you mean, being physically dropped through the floor, it may seem like a good idea at the time, but I assure you the morning after may not be so comfortable :P

If you mean something else, please explain :D
 
(NOTE: this is best used on first timer rollers, or someone is actually rolling or peaking...)

Okay, so you get the person who wants to be "dropped threw the floor"...they lay flat down on the floor (u need some good surface area) and have them stretch their arms straight down and flat in front of them. Do the same with their feet. Have their hands and feet lined up side by side and them be perfectly flat and still. Putting glowsticks and lights around their head for the best experience. Now you need 1 different person on each end, one to grab the hands, one for the feet. The person with the hands needs to grab the person being dropped by their wrists and squeeze on the wrists. AT THE SAME TIME the person grabbing the feet needs to do the same but with the ankles. Now be careful because the person who is rollin wont feel if you bend to hard. But both persons with the feet and hands need to start pulling the arms and legs straight up at the SAME time while squeezing the wrists hard. Pull them as far up without hurting the person being dropped. Now when you get their arms and legs in the air hold them there for like 10 seconds then both people SLOWLY and at the same time start bringing the legs and arms down to the floor simultaniously. The hands should be laid on the ground while still grisping the wrists first then the feet. Now the person holding the hands after both feet/arms are on ground should slowly slowly let go of the wrists.

Sorry if it's complicated. But my first time rolling my friends did this to me and when I was "dropped" I was tripping in my head really hard, peaking really hard, it felt amazing. And at the same time I felt like I was free-fall dropping. After people do it they usually just lay there in complete bliss for awhile. I don't know how true this is, but some people have said it makes them peak harder when you bend the spine like that. Just make sure you know when you've stretched them out safely without hurting them.

Sledging
Massages
Big hugs
Generally smoking
 
Things that I do to make a nice night on pure better:
1) Have plenty of cigerits. I smoke a lot on MDMA and I feel good when I bum them out.
2) Have weed to smoke for the comedown. Right before I go to sleep I smoke a 5chunk to myself just to out blaze the MDMA high, as I find it a lot easier to sleep this way.
3) Music. You must have the right music for you. Personally for me when I start to feel the MDMA kicking in, I go listen to a few Infected Mushroom songs laying down in a dark room and for some reason every time when I open my eyes I am absolutely completely gone.

Maybe the people were asking to have someone pass them the water because they're going to take another pill? I've never heard from anyone I know that drinking water makes you roll anymore...weird.

From my experiences drinking water won't help the high either.
Although drinking is essential because MDMA will make you sweat a lot and you can get dehydrated very easily.
 
An awesome trick I did once that took me super high once was putting Vicks vaporub all over a bandana. You put it in the section that will be folded over so that it's not directly touching your face, then wear it. I was huffing that stuff non-stop and it was magical. Eventually had to toss it since I reeked of Vick's after that night :)

Roll with a girl and get a massage. I'd advise against doing weed if it's your first experience because you won't really get to experience what rolling is like alone. Plus, smoking while rolling sucks anyways. Smoke on the come down. If could go back and pick how my first time rolling would be it would either have been at a rave or with a girl rolling also. My first time was at a skate park while it was raining and while it was amazing it could have been a lot better if I knew what E was all about at the time.
 
Welcome Back (pass out game) while rolling. I recognize the dangers of this but I rarely do it. And whenever I participate in that, I feel absolutely AMAZING
