I take several (as in 5 or 6) pills of Spring Valley B-Complex Vitamins early in the morning on the day I take my adderall (I'm only at 2.5mg to 5mg Adderall doses, even for recreation). The vitamins at this dose get me 'high' by themselves, but the main reason is to prevent anxiety from the adderall.
The ingredients in ONE B-Complex pill are:
Vitamin B-1 (Thiamin Mononitrate) 50mg,
Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin) 12.5mg,
Vitamin B-3 (Niacinamide) 50mg,
Vitamin B-6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 12.5mg,
Folate (Folic Acid) 50mcg,
Vitamin B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) 12.5mcg,
Biotin 25mcg,
Pantothenic Acid (d-Calcium Pantothenate) 50mg,
Calcium (Dicalcium Phosphate) 118mg
What worries me most is the Calcium. 118mg x 5: Is that a dangerous dosage to be taken like 2 or 3 times in one week?
I know that something in the vitamins, maybe binders, causes a little gastrointestinal discomfort. It feels like like a bunch of gunk (that is what I imagine) is all together and slowly moving down my intestines. It isn't painful, just uncomfortable. I was scared yesterday because I thought it was my kidney on the right side, I was thinking kidney stones, but now it has moved to the left side. And now, I need to take a crap.
For anyone interested in what I experience from the B-Complex, it is an initial tingling/exciting sensation that may cause goosebumps for the first hour, then a significant mood lift (could be called a high) which is combined with anxiety for the next 2 hours, then after that, just peace and the feeling that you are awesome for the next 12 hours. It is stimulating, but when it is done you crash (not emotionally, just you get really tired and want to go to sleep).
Combine this with my adderall, and like someone on another forum said, it makes me feel like a god.
