So I was sniffing blues, those little blue oxycodones that everyone likes to call "perc 30's" although there is no such thing, for a straight year. So how bad could that fuck me up? I have been off them for a couple months, I went the SUB rout for a couple weeks and i seemed fine after i stopped those. now, a couple months later, im feeling incredibly sick. Have had flu like symptoms for the last 5 days now with nothing but dry heaving. My doctor said it was probably just a stomach virus that he's been seeing a lot of lately and he gave me these stomach acid pills to help settle my stomach but its not working! Could my body and immune system be much weeker now after a year of sniffing 30mg blues? Any information and any help would be greatly apprectiated. Thanks, fellow blue-lighters.

Snorting anything can cause damage to your nose and the microcrystalline cellulose binder in roxys can fuck up your lungs. This damage can make it easier for germs to enter your body.

Good job quitting, misread your post.

I rally don't think you would be feeling withdrawal symptoms after this amount of time. However, insufflating for that amount of time can definitely cause your nose not to work like it should, helping to filter out bacteria and viruses.

I would bet that you caught a nasty bug, made nastier because your immune system was not working at a hundred percent. Hopefully you will feel better soon. Great job on coming off of the roxis!

If you've been off them for a couple months i doubt its the oxy's, it has to be something else. And your immune system should be pretty much in tact by now, maybe you just caught something. They say opiates are pretty light on the body, they are mostly non toxic meaning given enough time your neurotransmitters affected will be repaired. Who knows man but i really don't think the oxy's are the cause.

Yeah I think you guys are right but my doc says if it was a stomach virus it should be gone by now so im gonna have to go to the hospital :( I do believe that my Immune system is broken down because of the Roxi's.... I used to never ever get sick. Thanks for all the info so far and thanks to everyone for the support, quitting has been extremely hard, as im sure some of you guys know. Although the withdrawals are long gone, I still crave em all the time and now that I'm sick, it feels exactly like a WD! so it makes me want to do a blue, cause thats what used to fix it when i was feeling like this. fucking sucks man. I used to love opiates and now i would never wish this on anybody. Thanks again everyone.
