A few questions hopefully some people on here mind answering if that is ok. Can the color of MDMA be brown, purple, pink? Also can it be pressed together, so it is a chunk? I do not mean a pill, but just pressed so it can fall apart easy?

Well pure powder just made is usually whiteish, sometimes brownish, but It can be dyed all kinds of rainbow colors, seen kickass pink molly before. It usually comes originally as a crystal, often smashed up in powder then after. If your trying to put molly powder back together again you'll probaly need a binder as mdma is pretty crumbly by itself, even when its in crystal form it breaks into a powder pretty easily.

Why would someone dye there molly pink or brown..? just does not make sense to me??

By the way, can you tell the effects of pure MDMA from other drugs, like meth?(If anyone knows)

It can be a variety of things, the chemist could have decided against recrystalization for whatever reason, and the left over impurity will stain the crystals. PURE MDMA HCl is pure white, odorless crystals. If there is any safrole / root beer / sassafras smell at all, there is at least some impurity present. Also color can be left over from whatever process was involved in the synhesis, from leftover ketone or safrole left in the final steps if the product wasn't washed correctly or as many times as needed. Also the route used from the ketone to MDMA can influence the final color.

i have encountered mdma of almost every color. most of the time its due to the process the chem was usin and what phase he punched the process. Each step of the way its constantly changen almost every color so its not unlikely you might see it when its red or green.

Hmm...Im not sure how accurate your chemist is. If he is producing "mdma" in all the colors of the rainbow I would be skeptical at best

As others have rightly said, the MDMA itself won't be colored, but even small amounts of byproducts from the production process can give the crystals color. A brownish or pinkish (I've even seen some orange) MDMA powder can still be fairly high purity, so having an odd color doesn't necessarily mean that the stuff isn't good.

Also can it be pressed together, so it is a chunk?

Yes, I've seen solid slugs of MDMA pressed together (for smuggling.) Other materials (such as the plant fiber cellulose) are added to make individual tablets that are more durable and larger. (A typical 'ecstasy' pill is probably about 20-30% actual MDMA, the rest being fillers. Without that extra bulk, you'd have a very tiny, somewhat fragile pill, which would make distribution harder. The use of filler materials also gives you more volume for adding impressions like logos, colors, etc.)
