Harm Reduction What are some things that should NOT be used to smoke/vape drugs?

When I was a kid I would smoke weed from soda cans all the time. This is incredibly stupid as most people are unaware there is a lining of plastic inside the can. You're smoking plastic (technically an epoxy lacquer)... and paint. Never use cans!

What are some similar objects people should not convert into drug ingestion devices?

Tin foil is a go to and I use it occasionally too but it’s not very good either. Glass pipe works wonders for just about everything. Can even vape weed no issue in one.

what about light bulbs? I've always been too sketched out to use one of those
