What are Peaches?

Anyone know of a drug with a slang term of "peaches"?
My buddy just told me he is getting some "peaches" from someone and when I asked him what they were, he didn't know. He then proceeds to tell me that his contact told him that peaches are the new shit.
I'm worried 'cause I know some of my friends can't resist temptation to try something new,(often without testing), so I want to find out what this stuff is before someone takes it.
(I don't know if it's a pill, powder, liquid, etc.)
Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated.
 
That new shit....what new drug is there??? I havent heard of any new drugs hitting the streets, especially called peaches...
 
Only thing Ive ever heard is a peach, football shaped Xanax being called a peach. Maybe its a plain, peach colored roll with no marks??

The peach roll did come to mind, but I never thought about Xanax.
I should mention that "the new shit" is what his contact said.
I'm only interested in finding out if this is some dangerous bullshit that somebody dreamt up.

Peaches, where I'm from, are referring to .5 mg Xanax, because they are oval and are pink or "peach" colored.
 
Never heard of it but maybe it is a new drug! Or maybe your dealer is over 40. "Peaches" is old american slang from the 70's for amphetamine.
 
It's well established slang - .5mg Xanax, it refers to the color .. if you disagree thats just swell, the thing is, well, it's slang so no one could say what is definitly correct - how about you ask the person from which you heard about it? There is no foul in asking "sorry, what do you mean by that?" .. it's not really that common of a term anymore as the trend of refering to pharmacuticals by their principle color isn't really 'hip' or 'on the dee-ell' anymore, it used to be back in the 1970's and early 1980's (i.e. "blues", "reds", "yellows") ..
