Sounds stupid but I'm a newbie. I've tried 3 different syringes and they don't seem to be long enough or something. Suggestions please! ME-I'm 6'1 and a very solid 260lbs. I don't think I have a huge tolerance either- I crush 12mg Hydrocontins and take orally one at a time 3x per day. I mix in 4mg tablets orally as needed- approx 6 a day total.
I guess my question is how long should the syringe tip be to ensure proper distibution? I crush one 12mg time release as fine as I can but it doesn't dissolve at all in warm water. In fact, there is a lot of powder left in the syringe after I push it. Seems to stick to the plastic inside. Same with 4mg tablets, they don't totally dissolve and I'm left with powder stuck inside syringe.
Any advice is really appreciated. I'm probably wasting meds and I am desperate for more relief from my pain.
