What am I doing wrong? Ayahuasca

Okay, I've tried to make an ayahuasca brew twice now. I can't say no success for any experience is experience and is success however I am looking for a break through and haven't found it !

1st attempt: Poor
Mixed weak yellow vine with chacruna into one pot and boiled for 6-7 hours, ingested it at once with little to no effect.
A little gagging.. not much of a purge
2nd attempt:
Used a mixture of 75g of Black vine, young red vine , and white vine mixed. Boiled for approximately 5 hrs, in 30 minute intervals until the water was almost clear. Boiled down until only a tiny bit was remaining

Used Mimosa Hostilis as admixture. 18 grams. Boiled until water was near clear, in 30 minute intervals. boiled down until only a small cups worth was left

Drank the caapi first, waited 20 minutes until I started feeling the maoi and than drank the mimosa.

I purged viciously afterwards, approximately 20 minutes-30 minutes after ingesting the mimosa and my was the purge wonderful. However the experience ended at the purge and I just layed around, got hungry and ate and that was the end of that.

What did I do wrong?

I am using very potent caapi, mimosa hostillis as an admixture.. boiling until the water turns clear ( I add lemon juice to my water as well)

I am thinking that I need to make two batches.

One of 75-100g of caapi to first drink, than drink a 10g mimosa tea, wait 20 minutes.. purge than right after

Drink a 30g caapi tea, + 20g mimosa.

3rd times the charm? help me out !
 
That's sick im sorry man idk. I feel drugs have a way of not working when im killing for a buzz
 
I'm not killing for a buzz, I am working ayahuasca for healing and spiritual purposes... I even felt the difference after ingesting the mimosa, and started to feel like going into psychdelia mindset... it just fizzed after the purge. Maybe I didn't hold it down long enough...
 
Well, I must say, you're damn lucky that your first attempts failed, because 18 grams of mimosa in a proper brew would probably be hellishly excessive. One of the most intense psychedelic experiences of my life ensued from drinking only 6 grams.

Could be that you're purging too early. If you want to delay the purge, I suggest cleaning up your brew with eggwhites (ask if you need a tek). I've heard that it's almost essential with mimosa hostilis, because the root bark is so concentrated in toxic tannins, which make you feel very ill.
