nah, seriously, just start it and there'll be some participation which will slowly build. I'd suggest having themes or changing rules to put a bit of diversity is each contest.

lol, I just realised how dum my opening line was..............lol, well of course it wopuld have to be mspaint or similar............you wont see it if I use real paint and paint the screen..........lol.

so you mean that photographic work is admissible if it is manipulated. it would be nice to have a photograph manipulation contest in general like we used to in the good ol' VPA days

it will be themed similarly to the photo contest, but any medium is acceptable. im not sure about photos.... just cuz we have a thread for that already..

when i make the new thread i will figure out size reqs and all.

yes, anything that comes in a 2-d image, as long as YOU made it. ie, you must have put your own hands to work to alter this image, no matter if its paint, photos, drawings, pastels, photos (unaltered) of 3d images i dunno...
