RCs What’s a good Odsmt rectal dosage?

I take like 80mg Ap237 orally once a week for maybe 3 months. After that I take a 4 week brake.
Can sb tell me an equivalent initial rectal odsmt dose to it? I’m pretty unsure cause I found so many different informations about it in the Internet.
Is something like 60 to 80 mg correct?

I think you mean 2-methyl-ap237, which is a bit stronger than O-DSMT.

I'd estimate that 120mg+ (most likely more than 120mg) of rectal O-DSMT would equal 80mg of oral 2-methyl-ap237.

Overall you are better off with O-DSMT as AP-237 derivatives appear to be pretty toxic.

But 120mg Odsmt rectally sounds pretty much to me without a tolerance.

Well you were talking about an equivalent dose of O-DSMT to 80mg of 2-methyl-ap237, which is a stronger opioid than O-DSMT.

Try 80mg and see how it works. O-DSMT is also very different in effect than 2-methyl-ap237, as O-DSMT is slower acting and longer lasting.
