NO, you dont have to use SWIM, its completely pointless. Not one person in any thread on this forum is using the word SWIM so I dont know why you think that you need to use it.

ok just found out about this stuff.8 people i know are in hospital from it.they all had to get a shot of addrenaline thats how bad they were.2 other people signed themselves into mental hospitals.supposedly there is some sort of poisons in it.everyone i know who took it are not fully recovered like paranoid,and just freaking out.oh yea and they also said the buzz is shit!

By the looks of things that "Whack" stuff is nasty shit and my advice would be to stay well clear of it. Its the first powder to come into the headshops here since the recent product ban.
My friends took it at the weekend and said never again.
I had plans on trying it until i seen them and the state they were in .. they still haven't slept yet and are complaining of chest tightness, heart palpitations, anxiety and depression.
Never before have i seen such a large amount of people in such a bad way from drugs
